Returns & Refunds
We want you and your pup to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
- The item should be returned with its original packaging when reasonably possible.
- Items that are damaged, worn, washed or altered after delivery may not qualify for a return unless the issue was caused by a defect or shipping damage.
How to request a return
Contact us before sending anything back and include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide the return instructions and return address.
Return shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection or other customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, contact us before returning the item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If you receive the wrong item or an item that arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
